Upgrade in version 4.8.13 (27th March 2006)
test chart upgrade

The logbook is now being used by clients in buildings where the outlet test chart locations are reaching 3-400, and this was slowing down the insertion of new locations to a point where it became annoying. We have moved the admin functions such as start month / day of month / frequency to the customise locations screen thus greatly increasing input speeds on this page.

A bug that did not transfer daily schedules to logbooks set up by the comms has been eliminated.

Upgrade in version 4.8.12 (2nd March 2006)

The tool bar on the Estate Calendar received a 4 week forwards 4 week backwards button. We added the same function to the Calendar screen - this of course jumps 4 months either way.

The current day is now highlighted in Blue.

Upgrade in version 4.8.11 (6th February 2006)

This upgrade checks all the test programs to ensure that each test has a sequence number starting from 1 to * the last test (this may take a little time to run on the first start up). We have also added ‘Auto sort’ of test sequence numbers activated when leaving the list of tests for a Test Program.

Additional switches have been added to switch off access to the resend all option in the communications menu. Two many accidental resends were causing some clients to have long send & receive times.(set in Admin /Parms / Other Parms - Display comms resend Y / N).

Logbook Audit - Audits can now be sorted by action type including a new Comms audit screen added to allow monitoring & confirm completion of time set automatic communications (auto-comms).

Estate Calendar - Admin functions on the estate calendar change a test for a whole Client, All sites under that Client change to the new test settings.

Blank printed job sheets now have a Signature box, added to “Test Chart Blanks” and “Test Result Blanks” in case records are to be held on paper reports.

Fixed a problem with “Notes” not saving correctly on the Non -conformity screens.

Upgrade in version 4.8.9 (23rd November)

In this upgrade we have modified the writing off of non-conformities.

Non-conformities can be handled individually ‘test by test’ or on mass ‘all tests in a location’

Individual tests in the above screen can be double clicked to access the single test non-conformity screen on the right.

Use of the first screen no longer over writes the test specific comments.

New Function in version 4.8.8 (8th November)

For users of CalEstate our overview of all sites on one calendar we have added the alert button allowing fast management access to non-conformities across all sites.

A modification was also made to the communications software, for tracking deleted tests. This is a critical update if you are using the communications Send/Receive button.

Fix in version 4.8.8 (4th November)

When printing out temperature chart results from the “temperature chart summary” report, test results were displayed one line below the actual outlet location. This was a report problem only and does not affect the data itself. This download is only critical if you are using the temperature chart reports.

What came out in version 4.8.8 (27th October)

Ever scheduled a load of monthly / quarterly and yearly tests and wanted them on a specified day of the week?

Under customise locations a new tool “schedule day” has been added. So now you can specify the day of the month or the day of the week.

Fixes

When downloading test routines to a PDA the responsibilities settings caused ‘F7’ blanked out tests to get downloaded. This has been corrected.

Day of the week upgrade

When using Active sync to upload from the PDA the sync generated conflicts at times, resulting in data loss. The conflicts are now interrogated and extracted back into the database.
